Intel IOT

  • Determined the efficacy of the current market trend in IoT space and analyze possible changes and improvements on bridging gap between channel partners and operational partners.

  • Identified opportunities for Intel in the IoT space by analyzing the value chain and improvising ways to work with channel partners.

  • Researched market trends, defined segmentation by interviewing multiple companies and executives on the market.

Certification Focal

  • Led 10 Stage of Implementation Activities in five years for the entire Software Development Life Cycle of five projects to achieve airworthiness standards.

Program Management

  • Developed project objectives for cockpit display software by reviewing project proposals and plans through historical data and trends for Flight Display Software.

  • Determined project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning work to Product Owners and reviewing bids to ensure processes in place for the Tools and Infrastructure Team.

  • Maintained project schedule by monitoring project progress through earned value management, coordinating activities, and issue tracking through Kanban Board and JIRA Structure.

  • Prioritized and translated the product backlog for the development team as a product owner and acted as liaison between value stream managers and software development teams.

Head Down Displays

  • Designed and gathered required for A661 widgets as per the pilot's needs and specifications.

  • Developed and supervised the verification of widget libraries for the first multi-core Multi-Functional Display by owning all verification and certification activities and completing them within 11 months.

  • Mentored and acted as a focal point for a team of 12 people to deliver flight test software 3 months early by maintaining a streamlined workflow and anticipating upcoming problem reports by analyzing completed programs.


Head Up Displays

  • Acted as Team Focal for Head Up Guidance System Verification Team through networking by leading 15 software engineers globally to ensure timely delivery of certifiable software libraries.

  • Promoted growth within the team by mentoring both junior and senior team members on problem solving techniques for technical requirement analysis and engineering verification approach.

  • Helped to improve team velocity by coordinating between two international teams to reduce communication barriers and speed up cycle time. Team velocity increase helped to pull in the team schedule by almost 4 months.
